Hello! I have been a licensed therapist for 13+ years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, and parenting. Many of my clients come to me with all the above! I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems to facilitate deep, powerful changes. I find people usually feel comfortable with me quickly and I form long lasting relationship with my clients. I do all my work via telehealth. I am happy to do a 10 minute consult to see if we are a good fit.
